The Griffith University Aquatic Centre & Griffith Athletics Facility on the Gold Coast Campus is seeking a suitably qualified lifeguard professional to assist with the day to day operations and maintenance of the Aquatic Centre & Athletics Facility in a casual staff capacity. Key responsibilities will include active supervision of the centre’s patrons, assisting in the maintenance of the facilities, delivery of first-class customer services and emergency management. This opportunity will see you work within a team focused on delivering a service that achieves the vision, mission and goals of the organisation.
The successful applicant will be reliable, flexible and customer focused. Will have experience working in sport, particularly aquatic and/or athletics facilities with current pool lifeguard qualifications, current blue card, first aid and CPR. You will display the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence and responsibility.
Fitness Industry Award - Based on skills, experience and knowledge.
Must have flexibility to work on mornings and evenings across the week including availability to work on weekends.
