$86,428.37 per annum pro-rata (including Port Hedland Allowance)
Part Time 38 hours per fortnight with scope to work additional hours as the role and operations develop.

At the Town of Port Hedland we understand the importance that sport and recreation programs hold for remote communities. As such, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Sports Officer to utilise their love and knowledge of sport and fitness to review, develop and implement a comprehensive timetable of social sports and leisure programming.
As the Social Sports Officer you will oversee Wanangkura Stadiums social sports portfolio, with tasks ranging from organising fixtures and timetables to setting up and packing down equipment, and everything in between.
We are looking for someone who has sound knowledge of sports programming and with their finger on the pulse of industry trends. Previous experience in the operations of a multipurpose Leisure Centre would be viewed favorably.
