The City of Armadale is seeking an experienced individual to provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team at the Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre and the Armadale Recreation Centre.

This role oversees all customer service portfolio related operations, including supervision of the Customer Service Officers at the City's Recreation Centres, Centre enquiries and administration of the retail shop and reception procedures.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent leadership skills and experience managing a large team in a busy front line customer service environment. The successful candidate will be able to deliver training, coaching and team building, to implement and maintain a high performance customer service team. Experience in a recreation centre environment is desirable, but not essential.
